Ever since I read about that many years ago it has really interested me, and I spent ages setting up little pendula and made a wooden clock which took me a month, gave me a splitting headache, and I just found out I deleted all documentation of it.

Anyway, I really like this painting, it shows the relationship between a tonic, a 5th, the tonic an octave higher, the 5th an octave higher, etc.

I played around with the composition, the shape of the waves and the texture of the paint of course.

I like the self similarity and I can keep looking at this picture for ages, so if you don’t like it, I don’t care :p
