Have a look at the video above, does it look like you’re spinning around?

I’m sure you’ve seen videos of drawings that seem to pop up out of the page when they are viewed at a certain angle, this is called an anamorphic projection.  This is because of Classical perspective.  Other perspectives have their own anamorphic projections that behave differenly.  I won’t go into all the detail now, but have a look at these.  I think they are interesting, they don’t always work as well as I would like, but I’m working on it.
